Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.
  • For items shipped from the brands / designers, once it is delivered to UNI UNI distribution center, your package will be shipped out within 1-5 business days, after quality checks.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods for domestic and international orders.
  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • International orders are shipped via DHL or other shipping methods if necessary.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Orders over $78 USD pre-tax are eligible for free Standard Shipping within the United States.
    • For orders below $78 USD pre-tax, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • International Shipping:
    • Orders over $150 CAD pre-tax are eligible for free Standard Shipping within the Canada.
    • Customers from countries other than the United States and  Canada are responsible for their own shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or through your account on our website.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and obtain real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery date.
  • For international orders, tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the originating country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
  • These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding potential charges before placing your order.

Shipping Address:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct delivery address and contact details.
  • Please ensure that the provided address is valid and can receive deliveries during regular business hours.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.
  • In some cases, certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to legal restrictions, import regulations, or logistical constraints. Please review our product descriptions or contact our customer support team for more information.

Shipping Damage or Loss:

In the event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
  • If your package is lost while in transit, please contact us or leave a message, with the Order Number and the Tracking Number. Our Client Experience team will assist you within 24 business hours.
  • If the shipping status shows it is delivered, but you have NOT received your package, within 48 hours of expected delivery please:
    • Verify your shipping address.
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
    • Look around the delivery location for your package.
    • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
