Return Policy 

You can receive a full refund within 14 days upon package arrival to the customer. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Return shipping fee is $10 within the US.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All intimates (masks, underwear, socks, headwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, and earrings), and International Orders (outside United States and Canada) are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund. All jewelry is eligible for return, with the exception of earrings, which are final sale.
Return Instruction

Please first ensure that your items are eligible and that you request your return has been made within the return window. If your items are not eligible for a return, or your request is past the window for return your return request will be denied.

If you have an online UNI UNI account, you can request a return directly through the website. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a return page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If you don't have an account, you can contact us at with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Client Experience team receives your email, they'll email you with the next steps.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label to download, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please include a comment on your return request (description of damage on the product). You must apply for a return within 14 days of the delivery date. If your package exceeds our 14 days limit policy, we will have to return package back to you.

Please note if the exterior packaging is broken but the items inside are not, we will not consider it as damaged and original returning policy is applied. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund
  • All intimates (masks, underwear, socks, headwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, and earrings), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Final sale items and gift cards (orders applied 25% discount or more are considered as final sale orders)
  • International orders ( orders shipped outside United States and Canada)

We does not provide exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (follow the above return process), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please check your tracking number on your return label to see if your package has been delivered to UNI UNI. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 1-5 business days (from day of delivery) for your package to be completely processed by our returns department.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
