Below are some of are common questions about orders and accounts.
We cannot make any changes to an order once it's been placed, but if you need assistance please reach out us at support@uniuni.biz.
1. Make sure the email address you have used is correct.
2. Check your spam/junk folder and remove this contact from the folder.
3. Contact support@uniuni.biz for further assistance with your order number and date the order was placed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay.
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it arrives in our distribution center. Once the item is received, we will ship out your order along with a Shipping Confirmation email with your order details and tracking number.
Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific estimated shipping date. Please check the estimated shipping date at the product page.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOUR PRE-ORDER IS SHIPPED Please note that we cannot charge your card and complete your order if your card expires between the date you pre-ordered the item and the date the item becomes available. Please ensure that your billing and contact information are current at all times.
Sales taxes are by determined by the province or state the order is being shipped to. Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees. International orders will not be charged Canadian taxes; however, they may incur brokerage fees, import taxes or duties that are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Shipping
Below are some of are common questions about shipping. For more details, please check out our Shipping Policy.
You will receive an email with your tracking information, once your order has shipped. Use your tracking number in the email to track the status of your shipment.
You can also log into your account to check your order status.
Domestic Shipping:
- Orders over $78 pre-tax are eligible for free Standard Shipping within the United States.
- For orders below $78 pre-tax, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
International Shipping:
- Customers from countries other than the United States are responsible for their own shipping costs.
- Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.
For items shipped from the brands / designers, once it is delivered to UNI UNI distribution center, your package will be shipped out within 1-2 business days, after quality checks.
You will receive the tracking number once the package is shipped out from the center.
*During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
PO Boxes cannot be entered in as a shipping address. Please contact us if you have further questions. We can be reached by email at support@uniuni.biz or by Live Chat.
Your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is available. Note that shipping times are estimates.
If your package is lost while in transit, please contact supoort@uniuni.biz or leave a message, with the Order Number and the Tracking Number. Our Client Experience team will assist you within 24 business hours.
If the shipping status shows it is delivered, but you have NOT received your package, within 48 hours of expected delivery please:
- Verify your shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
If still have any issues finding your packages, please contact supoort@uniuni.biz or leave a message, with the Order Number and the Tracking Number.
Returns & Exhanges
Below are some common questions about returns and exchanges. For more details, please check our Return Policy.
- You can receive a full refund within 14 days upon package arrival to the customer or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days upon package arrival to the customer. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
- Returns are free within the US.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All intimates (masks, underwear, socks, headwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, and earrings), and International Orders (outside United States and Canada) are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund. All jewelry is eligible for return, with the exception of earrings, which are final sale.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.
Please first ensure that your items are eligible and that you request your return has been made within the return window. If your items are not eligible for a return, or your request is past the window for return your return request will be denied.
If you have an online UNI UNI account, you can request a return directly through the website. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a return page, and then request a return.

- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.

If you don't have an account, you can contact us at support@uniuni.biz with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Client Experience team receives your email, they'll email you with the next steps.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label to download, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Please check your tracking number on your return label to see if your package has been delivered to us.
2. If you have not received your refund, please allow 1-5 business days (from delivery) for your package to be completely processed by our returns department.
3. Please allow an additional 1-10 business days for your refund to be processed and adjusted back into your original payment method (time varies upon bank / credit card company).
Certain types of items are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund
- All intimates (masks, underwear, socks, headwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, and earrings), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Final sale items and gift cards
- International orders ( orders shipped outside United States and Canada)
*Final Sale: Purchases made with a combined discount ofgreater than 30% are final sale(includes markdown items and promo code usage).

We does not provide exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (follow the above return process), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cotton
Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle

Modal
Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle

Nylon
Machine wash in cold water, according to cycle on garment label
Wash nylon separately from other types of fabric.
Neoprene
Hand wash in lukewarm or cold, and preferably soft, water.
Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry
Polyester
Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle
Lay flat to dry
Iron inside-out on low setting
Rayon
Hand wash in cold water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
Lay flat to dry. Iron inside-out while still damp on low setting
Satin
Hand wash in cold water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
Viscose
Hand wash in cold water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
Iron viscose(rayon) clothing inside out.
Leather
Using a clean damp cloth, wipe gently to remove any dirt
Suede
Wait for the stain to dry, this is very important as you don't want to rub in the stain.
For dried stains, rub with a kneaded eraser or emery board. For heavier stains, blot with white vinegar and a clean towel. Repeat as needed until stain disappears. This can be used on both water and salt stains.
- There is no tax applied to Gift Card purchases.
- Gift Card purchases are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
- All gift cards purchases are excluded from any promo/discount code.
- Once a gift card is purchased and issued, information cannot be edited or combined.
- Gift cards never expire.
- Gift Cards and Store credits are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
