We cannot make any changes to an order once it's been placed, but if you need assistance please reach out to our Client Experience Team!

You can receive a full refund within 14 days upon package arrival to the customer or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days upon package arrival to the customer. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Returns are free within the US.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All intimates (masks, underwear, socks, headwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, and earrings), and International Orders (outside United States and Canada) are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund. All jewelry is eligible for return, with the exception of earrings, which are final sale.

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.

Domestic Shipping:

• Orders over $78 pre-tax are eligible for free Standard Shipping within the United States.
• For orders below $78 pre-tax, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

International Shipping:

• Customers from countries other than the United States are responsible for their own shipping costs.
• Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
